Traffic School
If you have received a traffic ticket in California and have been referred by the court to take traffic school, then this course is for you. By taking our traffic school course, you can remove traffic ticket points and avoid auto insurance premium rate increases.
Eligibility
If it has been at least 18 months since your last ticket (the 18 months is calculated from the day you received the citation not the day you last completed traffic school), you are most likely eligible to take a traffic school course. However, if it has been less than 18 months since your last ticket, you may to get special permission from the judge to allow you to take traffic school.
Traffic Violator’s School is held at our Adams Avenue address in Murrieta every other Saturday from 8AM to 3:30PM with a ½ hour lunch break. The 8-hour course includes a combination of comprehensive instructor lecture, student participation, and video content.

- Tickets and violations
- Why tickets are so expensive
- Clearing and dismissing tickets
- Driving statistics
- Reasons we break traffic laws
- Driver attitudes
- Managing driving stress
- Defensive driving techniques
- Driver etiquette
- When drivers take the most risks
- Accidents and when they are most likely to occur
- Drinking and driving
The fee of $40 is payable when the reservation is made. At the end of the class you will receive a receipt for your records. We will notify the court of your attendance. You can take our Traffic School course once every 18 months to dismiss your ticket.
